Privacy

Your audio never leaves your Mac.

Transcribbler transcribes entirely on-device, using the Apple Silicon in your Mac. There's no account, no upload, and nothing for us to receive — because we never do.

On-device transcription

Recording, transcription and speaker detection all run locally. Your conversations are stored on your Mac, not in anyone's cloud.

AI is opt-in, and audio is never sent

Optional AI features are off until you turn them on and add your own key. Even then, only transcript text goes to the provider you choose — your audio stays put.

Built for sensitive recordings

Reversible redaction of personal details, a two-party-consent reminder, and local-only storage — so what you record stays yours to control.
